When calling us with your problem please have the following information ready:

  • Check whether there are any lights burning or flashing on the front of the computer box.
  • Confirm there is power at the plug that the computer is plugged into by swopping it for a desklamp.
  • When the computer is plugged back in listen to the computer for any sound or noise coming from it.
  • If the computer starts up take note of the sequence of beeps you hear, if any.
  • Check if the monitor is switched on.
  • Take note of any visual you may see on the computer monitor.
